Together, we can move beyond coal and solve Australia’s biggest contribution to the climate crisis – join our local group Move Beyond Coal Northern Beaches to get involved! We’re building on the success of #StopAdani, so you know us already.
We were out at Manly Beach today on a 42 degree day , calling on the Federal Labor government to stop approving new coal and gas projects that are fuelling the fires, heatwaves, floods and climate disasters. We had dozens of conversations with passer-by’s who are worried about the looming summer and signed the Turn Up the Heat on Labor pledge. Sign the pledge here www.movebeyondcoal.com/pledge #MoveBeyondCoal #nonewcoal #nonewgas #COP28 #FossilFuelFree.
IT’S GETTING HOT AT MANLY BEACH
The country is burning, our communities are sweltering. It’s only spring. A terrifying summer looms. And yet the Albanese Government is pouring fuel on the fire by giving new approvals to coal and gas corporations. Join us at Manly Beach for a fun community outreach event, to Turn Up the Heat on Labor and demonstrate that communities, everywhere, want the Government to pick the side of our safety and futures, not corporate billionaires.
