We bring together young people ages 13-18 in nipaluna (Hobart) to fight for immediate, impactful, first nations led solutions to the climate crisis. We are a local affiliate organisation of School Strike 4 Climate Australia and work in partnership with them to realise our demands.

Our Demands
• One: Net zero emissions by 2030, which means no new coal, oil or gas projects including the Adani mine
• Two: 100% renewable energy generations and exports by 2030
• Three: Fund a just transition and job creation for all fossil-fuel workers and their communities

Our Values
The nipaluna climate collective is lead by students, in an all inclusive environment. We believe in ambitious and necessary goals. The cooperative is non-partisan and focused on demanding our goals through non-violent means.
