About

Started in March 2009, we provide information and education to group members and local residents through newsletters, stalls, petitions, letters to local newspapers, contacting local politicians, and talks to schools and community organisations. We also support nationwide events and actions such as World Environment Day and mid-September activities coinciding with peak melt of Arctic summer sea ice.

Meetings: The group meets every 1st Wednesday of the month at Forestville Memorial Hall, corner Warringah Rd and Starkey St, Forestville from 7 -9pm. For more information call Volker Pfannenberg on 9451 3519 or email [email protected]
