About

Our aim is to keep our local community informed of the effect of carbon dioxide emissions on global warming and subsequent climate change. By meeting on a regular basis to discuss global warming issues we hope to be able to pass on accurate information essential for people to be able to take steps towards reducing carbon footprints.

Our goals
• To increase awareness in the local community of global warming and its consequences.
• Promote local action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions
• To join with other community groups in lobbying the government to ensure global warming issues are high on everyones agenda and demand that action be taken to reverse the effects of this phenomenon.

HDAGW will meet regularly to discuss and develop initiatives to promote awareness of climate change and global warming and to also discuss ways in which the community can reduce CO2 emissions.
