Green Sages

COTA Green Sages are older Victorians who are helping to lead change, taking action together to improve environmental sustainability and address the impacts of climate change.

About

Environmental sustainability and the ageing population are two of the most important challenges facing governments around the world today. Older Victorians want to leave a positive environmental legacy, and we believe they have an important role to play:
• responding to environmental challenges such as climate change
• taking action to reduce their impacts
• talking about the issues with our families, friends and communities.

COTA Green Sages
COTA Green Sages are older Victorians who are helping to lead change, taking action together to improve environmental sustainability and address the impacts of climate change. Working with other groups, including Climate for Change, Lighter Footprints, the Australian Conservation Foundation and Environment Victoria, we are acting to reduce climate change and help older people adapt to its effects. Find out more and get involved. Green Sages meet at 12:15 on the second Tuesday of each month (except January). Meetings are temporarily being held online via Zoom. If you are interested in participating in this meeting, please get in contact with the Convenor, Ken Parker, in advance.
