Fossil Free QUT

We’re QUT students, staff, and alumni calling on our university to show leadership on climate change and divest it’s endowment from fossil fuel companies. We’re calling on QUT to align its investments with its values and divest its $290 million endowment fund from fossil fuel companies. Fossil fuel divestment is the newest tool in the fight for action on climate change, and has seen universities including Oxford University in the UK and Stanford University in the US divest. We’re asking QUT to divest, but you can also divest your own finances from banks or super funds that fund fossil fuel projects. Check out the following links for more info.
