The Organising and Outreach Team aims to engage new volunteers, supporters and allies for 350 Canberra, and more broadly to motivate Canberrans to take stronger action on climate change. It also aims to enhance the capacity, skills and effectiveness of 350 Canberra by building the group and facilitating learning. Finally, it aims to build and develop relationships and among current volunteers and with related community groups.

In addition to organising stalls and merchandise for Festivals (such as the National Folk Festival) and events such as film nights, the Team regularly holds ” Artivism Workshops” to create banners and merchandise.
