Surfrider Foundation Surf Coast branch partners with SANE (Surfers Appreciating Natural Environment), Torquay Boardriders and Bells Beach Preservation Society in October in order to launch a campaign to stop people from crapping in native vegetation areas at Bell’s and Winki Pop.
