About

The Murdoch University branch of the Australian Youth Climate Coalition (AYCC). The AYCC Murdoch Branch aims to engage socially aware students on campus and help them become part of a large youth based movement to solve the climate crisis. This year we will be running a number of ‘Repower’ events in and around Murdoch University. Through ‘Repower’ events we will be showing our support for 100% renewable energy. These events will raise money to ‘Repower’ local pubs, cafes, and other community venues.

‘Repower’ events will reduce emissions at a local level, they will educate our communities about the fact that 100% renewable energy is possible, and they shall show our politicians and media that we are a growing movement of people who want action on climate change. Currently the Murdoch Branch is searching for core/casual members if you want to get involved contact Maria at [email protected] or jump us at our O-day stall for more information!
