Transition Towns Maroondah is part of a worldwide movement where communities recognise that we live in unprecedented times, where the health of our planet, our ecosystems, and humans (including future generations) are at great risk due to climate change, dwindling biodiversity, and shrinking supplies of cheap energy (especially oil). Part of the worldwide Transition movement, Transition Whitehorse is a volunteer run group, supported by the City of Whitehorse. Our aim is to build a strong, connected, sustainable and resilient community. Based in VIC.

Trentham Sustainability Group (TSG) is made up of local residents taking positive action to reduce the impact of climate change and peak oil. Our goal is to inspire, inform and support our local community to meet their needs without compromising the needs of future generations. Based in VIC.
