Sixteen health organisations and twenty- three health experts have written an open letter to the Liberal-National Coalition in Victoria calling on them to support action on climate change to protect public health.

The current aim of the SETS Group is to oppose the siting of the Eastern Terminal Sub-station within Western Power’s pecified study area and the augmentation of the Collie to Eastern Terminal 330kV transmission line.

Front Line Action on Coal’s #LeardBlockade is the first coal mine blockade camp in Australia. The #LeardBlockade started 5 August 2012 in the Leard State Forest, but is now situated at Wando (Cliff Wallace’s farm in Maules Creek).

This campaign opposes CSG in the Northern Rivers.

The purpose of this campaign is to make it easy for grandparents who are worried about climate change to send 2 letters a fortnight, researched and written by us to our political leaders, to pressure for urgent and effective action on this critical issue.
