Sydney's Pedal Rebels are a cycling activism affinity group of the international Extinction Rebellion movement. We aim to disrupt business as usual and to bring attention to just how unsustainable our toxic transport system is.

The Sydney Red Rebels are part of a worldwide movement of Red Rebel performance activists. They reflect the nonviolent principles of Extinction Rebellion. Red Rebels embody an ethereal aesthetic, through costume, make-up, and slow movements.

We are a local group of Extinction Rebellion (XR), which is a decentralised, politically non-partisan movement that uses non-violent direct action and civil disobedience to persuade governments to act justly on the climate and ecological emergency.
