Sustainable Communities SA Inc. is a non-profit, membership-based organisation located in South Australia. We offer ways to learn from each other – through our food swaps, market, repair cafe and local networks.

The Sustainable Community Ivanhoe Group is aligned to the Transition Towns model. We aim to share ideas, participate in events and create working groups under this umbrella so creating a more sustainable Ivanhoe both environmentally and socially. Based in VIC.

SIS members believe in thinking globally and acting locally to stop climate change. We are a not for profit, non political community group. Our mission is to to educate and promote environmentally sustainable practices within our local community

The Sustainability Street Approach (SSA) has fostered the emergence of many, many hundreds of local SSA Villages around Australia.
