South West Environment Centre are the peak conservation group for the Greater Bunbury region of Western Australia (WA), having been active since 1991, and we are working for a better environment for the future and towards a sustainable future for the whole planet.

We are a community driven initiative that aims to encourage people and businesses in the South West to switch to renewable energy and live a more sustainable life. Our goal is for our region to be powered by 100% renewable energy.

The Margaret River Regional Environment Centre has been developed to promote the values of conservation and awareness of our local environment in particular and of the world environment in general.

We are an ncorporated body with a Management Committee that meets fairly regularly and tries to be responsive to local opportunities (ie recet “Get-Up” relay).
