What a victory! Congratulations to Monique Ryan and her team – they have achieved what seemed hard to imagine only six months before election day.

KCCA campaigned in both the Hawthorn and Kew districts. The results weren’t what we hoped for, but we put in a mighty effort and made a significant contribution to ensuring the climate was a major issue in both electorates.

Front Line Action on Coal’s #LeardBlockade is the first coal mine blockade camp in Australia. The #LeardBlockade started 5 August 2012 in the Leard State Forest, but is now situated at Wando (Cliff Wallace’s farm in Maules Creek).
