South East Climate Action is a local community group dedicated to being a voice for the outer suburbs (Melbourne) on climate change. We work with local councils and the community to achieve positive climate outcomes and provide a diverse and welcoming space for everyone who wants to see action to fix the climate crisis. The South Gippsland/Bass Coast Energy Innovation Cooperative (VIC) holds regular talks and events to highlight and bring about local solutions to climate change and peak oil.

The purpose of the association are to protect and enhance the natural environment and increase environmental sustainability within the region by promoting and developing renewable sources of energy and significantly reducing the regions contribution to greenhouse gas emissions. Based in VIC.
