CSG Free Campbelltown has formed to oppose AGL's existing coal seam gas operations undermining our homes, schools and businesses in the Campbelltown area.
CSG Free Ingleburn formed in 2012 to oppose AGL plans to drill for coal seam gas beneath our homes, schools and businesses in the Campbelltown area. Coal Seam Gas mining should not take place in homes, businesses or drinking water catchments.
Our charter it is to educate and advocate the community, media and government on issues around coal seam gas (CSG) and coal extractive industries.
We accept the science and we know its time to act, and thats why we we refuse to backtrack by letting Coal-Seam Gas mining set up shop, we won't let that happen - it’s time to rally with a community of people across Australia standing up for a renewable future - and against this gas.
We are a group calling for a CSG Free Shoalhaven as there is community opposition to coal seam gas exploration, and Leichhardt Resources' exploration licence PEL469.
