Eastern Suburbs Coal and Gas Watch is a community action group concerned about the impacts of coal and gas mining on communities, water and farmland.

Together, let’s electrify 2515! We are on a mission to create one of Australia’s first all electric communities. We can make our cars, homes and businesses run more efficiently, powered by renewable energy to reduce energy bills and carbon emissions.

We join many other community energy projects around Australia whose goal is to accelerate the use of renewable energy, better manage resources and decrease energy usage in our communities.

The group will also campaign for implementation of local GHG emissions reducing steps that are within the authority of Canada Bay Council.

We have worked hard over the last 12 months and have succeeded in declaring Brunswick Heads NSW formally through council, Brunswick Heads and Environs CSG FREE!!
