Transition Town Belmont WA is a Community group based on the world-wide Transition Town model. The group is run by the community for the community. It's run by volunteers as is not for profit.

Part of the Transition movement, based in QLD. Transition is a movement that has been growing since 2005. It is about communities stepping up to address the big challenges they face by starting local. By coming together, they are able to crowd-source solutions.

Helping to Create Community Cohesion, Resilience and Sustainability in the Shoalhaven City (NSW) by supporting Local Businesses, Food Production, Home Made Specialty Items, reducing waste, supporting renewable energy, better soil management to sequester carbon.

Part of the Transition movement. Our aims are to have projects in areas of food, transport, energy, education, housing, waste, arts, etc. as small-scale local responses to the global challenges of climate change, economic hardship and shrinking supplies of cheap energy. Based in VIC.
