About

The proposal to build a canal estate at the mouth of the Ross Creek in Townsville is a prime example of poor planning and government irresponsibility.

This development would permanently remove a large area of habitat critical to the rare Snubfin dolphin, the only Dolphin found only in Australia. It will also place residential homes directly adjacent and down wind of an industrial site.
