About

Update: Australia’s first solar garden is now live and another garden will be built in the NSW Riverina this year! Email your State Energy Minister today for more community solar gardens!

At the moment over a third of Australian households face barriers to accessing local clean & affordable renewable energy solutions, like rooftop solar, because they rent, live in an apartment or have a low income. That’s why, we’re calling on State and Territory Energy Ministers to support community Solar Gardens – one of the best solutions for helping everyone enjoy the cost-cutting and environmental benefits of solar! We’ve joined the Community Power Agency, Sydney Alliance and Doctors for the Environment, and many more, to launch the Solar for All campaign. Join the campaign by sending an email to your Energy Minister today! Want to better understand how a solar garden works? Watch the video here.
