Victoria’s Strzelecki Koala have much to contribute to the future management of koalas across Australia. Between 2014 and 2016 we have conducted koala surveys in over 150 locations.
1. Establish a koala Reserve at Mullungdung
2. The establishment of the Brataualung Forest Park in the Strzelecki Ranges
3. Listing of the Strzelecki Koala under Federal Environment Protection Law.
4. Increase community understanding about these unique animals, including through our Strzelecki koala map.
