Landscapes — our work
We are looking at practical, science-based solutions to the landscape management issues facing Australia. As identified by Australia’s leading scientists, the broadscale clearing of mature bushland is the number one threat to wildlife in Australia.
The campaign team is focussing its efforts on Queensland and Tasmania, and we have also contributed to a new government policy to end broadscale clearing of ecologically important native vegetation in New South Wales.
Our key aim to ensure that a halt to broadscale clearing happens in every state, and that Australians find new ways to work with healthy landscapes for a healthy future.
