Outcome Evidence: The National Energy Transition Authority Bill 2022 was introduced to parliament in September 2022. The Senate referred the Bill to the Economics Legislation Committee for inquiry on 14 March 2023. The Committee's report recommends that the bill not pass. (Ascertained May 2024.)
