WALK WITH US FOR THE LOVE OF EARTH
On Sunday October 16th 2022, will you join our annual coastal walk in Sydney to raise money for the 1 Million Women Tara Hunt Fellowship and in loving memory of Tara Hunt. Or if you can’t join our Sydney walk, it would mean the world to us if you could still join us by Walking Where You Are. Tara was the Co Ceo of 1 Million Women. We lost her beautiful soul on May 28th, 2017. Tara loved walking in nature, and she really believed that this was the key to saving the planet. Connecting with nature and finding that love for it is what makes us so passionate about protecting it. If you knew our beautiful Tara this walk is a special time to embrace what she loved to do. And if you didn’t know Tara, please come walk with us to share the day and to connect with Mother Earth.

HERE IS THE INFO.
WALKING WITH US (in Sydney) :
• DATE: 16th October
• WHERE: We will be walking from the Spit Bridge to Manly, weaving through a mix of lush bushland and scenic harbour-side trails. It’s a 10km Coastal Walk and will take around 2 hours to complete. The trail is well signposted throughout.
• MEETING POINT: Ellery’s Punt Reserve, near Spit Bridge.
• MEETING TIME: We will have 10 people walking every 15 minutes, starting from 7.45am onwards until 9am.
• When you register you will be given this choice of time slots – 7.45am, 8am, 8.15am, 8.30am, 8.45am, 9am. Be sure to choose a time that suits you best.
• REGISTRATION: It’s $25 to register with all proceeds going towards the 1 Million Women Tara Hunt Fellowship.

WALKING WHERE YOU ARE :
• DATE: 16th October
• WHERE: Find a place that is close to you – it could be your favourite track, the local walking trail or somewhere you’ve been wanting to visit.
• TIME: any time of the day
• HOW FAR: Walk 5km to 10km or anything between.
• REGISTRATION: It’s $25 to register with all proceeds going to our 1 Million Women Tara Fellowship. When you register look for the ticket that says ‘Walking where you are’.
